3. Kas notiek, ja Lawood nevar izpildīt pasūtījumu? | What Happens If Lawood Cannot Fulfil the Order?
Ja Lawood nevar pārdot pasūtīto preci, piemēram, ja tā nav pieejama noliktavā sistēmas kļūdas dēļ vai interneta veikalā norādīta kļūdaina cena, Lawood par to informē pircēju un pasūtījums tiek atcelts. Ja pircējs par preci jau ir samaksājis, Lawood saskaņā ar Lietošanas noteikumiem atmaksā samaksāto summu 14 kalendāro dienu laikā.

Lawood ir tiesības anulēt pasūtījumu noteikumos paredzētajos gadījumos. Tas var notikt, ja Lawood neizdodas sazināties ar pircēju 2 darba dienu laikā pēc pasūtījuma iesniegšanas, ja pircējs nesniedz pieprasīto informāciju noteiktajā termiņā vai nedod piekrišanu personas datu pārbaudei. Pasūtījumu var anulēt arī tad, ja noteiktos apmaksas veidos pircējs 3 darba dienu laikā neveic apmaksu, ja nav panākta cita vienošanās.
