When purchasing an item from the Lawood online store, you have the right as a consumer to exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the distance contract within the applicable period without giving a reason. The procedure and time limits for exercising the right of withdrawal are determined by applicable law.

For a product purchased from an online store, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received. Pēc atteikuma tiesību izmantošanas paziņošanas Jums prece jānogādā vai jānosūta Lawood ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā no atteikuma paziņojuma nosūtīšanas dienas. Iesakām saglabāt dokumentu vai citu apliecinājumu, kas pierāda preces nosūtīšanu vai nodošanu atpakaļ Lawood.

After notifying Lawood that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return or send the item to Lawood no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was sent. We recommend keeping the receipt or other proof confirming that the item was returned or sent back to Lawood.

There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal established by law. For example, the right of withdrawal may not apply to an item whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Pēc atteikuma paziņojuma saņemšanas Lawood atmaksā saņemtos maksājumus ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā, ievērojot normatīvajos aktos noteiktos nosacījumus. After receiving the withdrawal notice, Lawood will refund the payments received no later than within 14 days, subject to the conditions established by applicable law. Lawood may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or proof that the item has been sent back has been provided, whichever occurs earlier.
